I was invited to join Ubuntu Wealth Management in 2016 as the Client Relationship Manager and progressed to Practice Manager in 2017. I am originally from South Africa and have lived in the UK since 2013. As Practice Manager, I support the Practice by implementing and managing effective systems, processes and procedures to help drive the business forward whilst also being responsible for all staff team management, client servicing, human resources, business processing, compliance and marketing requirements – but not limited to.
Prior to joining the team, I had successfully headed various teams within large corporate companies and small businesses, which has enabled me to gain a diverse spectrum of knowledge and skills as well as personal growth and development.
I am looking forward to remaining part of the organisation as a whole, working together as a team, to provide a professional service to our clients with a personal approach.

I Joined St. James’s Place in 2015 after being invited to attend their unrivalled development programme, which offers individuals a route into the financial services industry.
Since joining, I have completed the 6 months programme and been awarded the “Diploma in Financial Planning” by the Chartered Institute of Insurance. I support the Practice in providing new and existing clients tailored financial advice with a personal, professional approach while holding regular review meetings, offering holistic advice with regular workable solutions for every client.
I am a keen cycler and enjoy cooking and keeping fit while supporting a number of local charities and animal shelters.
I joined the Ubuntu team in August 2018 as a Paraplanner. I have over 17 years’ experience within the Financial Services industry and I enjoy
supporting the Practice through researching bespoke technical solutions, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
I have developed valuable industry experience and gained considerable knowledge throughout my working career and have developed a wide range of transferrable skills. I am currently working towards my Diploma in Financial Planning and receive excellent help and support of the Partnership and
St. James’s Place.
Out of the office my partner Steve and I look after four huskies which we previously rescued and we really love looking after them.
Originally from Salisbury in Wiltshire I moved to Northwich in 2010.
I have a varied work background from working for Criminal Solicitors to being a Police Constable in Liverpool among other administrative positions in between.
Prior to starting with Garnet at Ubuntu Wealth in August 2015 I was working for an international recruitment company arranging the emergency medical and kidnap and ransom insurance for our contractors ensuring they were all covered at all times.
When I'm not busy working I enjoy spending time at home with my husband and our little girl along with knitting for the local special care baby units.
